The aim of the group is to look at aging as a time of growth, discovery, and new meaning, rather than a time of decline. We will meet to learn, share experiences, and acquire skills for making changes in our lives that will lead to a more positive view of aging and a deeper sense of well-being. Learning modes include text study, active listening, exercises, reflection, and journaling.

In Person – 7 Sessions: Thursdays 7-9 pm, March 9 & 23, April 13 & 27, May 18, June 15 & 22.
Open to individuals and couples.
Adults of any age are welcome.
