The Israel Connection Committee’s
mission is to foster and strengthen the attachment of the congregation
and its members to Israel and serve as an educational, cultural and
social forum dealing with topics and issues relating to Israel. Among
the key goals of the committee is to make love of Israel a high value
at Adat Shalom, as well as support and welcome member opportunities –
including youth – to visit Israel.
Our activities are open to the wider Adat Shalom and Washington,
D.C., communities. We welcome you to join us, offer ideas and help
organize programs. Learn more about our connections to Israel, our
